Meet The Dentist

David Arrington, DDS

I was born and raised in New Orleans, La., eating shrimp, crawfish, oysters and etouffee. But I am learning to love Texas B-B-Q and Tex-Mex of course.

I went to LSU undergraduate school and the LSU School of Dentistry. Where I received my DDS in 1989 and proceeded to practice in New Orleans for 18 years. In addition, I was a clinical instructor at the LSU Dental School, teaching senior dental students until Hurricane Katrina changed our lives forever. I have been married to a wonderful woman named Toni for 18 years we have 3 wonderful children ages 15, 13, and 8. It was their futures that prompted us to leave New Orleans and permanently re-locate here. So after being in New Orleans all of our lives and practicing there for 18 years we sold our practice in hopes of a better life for ourselves and our children here in Austin.

I have devoted my entire dental career to focus on the unique desires of my patients…designing smile enhancements for each one individually. Dentistry runs further in my family as my wife Toni, is our office hygienist and we have practiced together since the day we were married in 1991. Together we have always had a Family Dental Practice and treated patients of all ages from 3yrs. old to 100. Whatever your dental needs or age, we are here to provide you with the best of everything…because you and your family deserve it.

When I’m not with my family, my passion for the last 10 years has been missionary dentistry. I serve on the board of two international mission agencies and have traveled extensively to Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Peru, Nicaragua, and even Africa doing dentistry in the poorest most remote areas of our world.
